Honk News (New York City, NY ) – A teacher at Tottenville High School in Staten Island was caught engaging in inappropriate behavior during a video call, leaving a fellow educator in disbelief, according to findings from the city’s Special Commissioner of Investigation.

A recently released report by the city schools investigator revealed that Torres, 48, was captured on video “with his pants down, conducting masturbatory activity.”

The unsettling incident, noted in the report from Nov. 3, 2020, stands out as one of the strangest events during the pandemic, a time when schools were shut down and classes were conducted virtually.

Torres was teaching an online class, and approximately 15 students participated.
