Several Minors Molested by Man; Finally Nabbed at Texas Border after Biometric Detection

An individual who is accused of sexually assaulting a child has been taken into custody at the border between Texas and Mexico.

At the Juárez-Lincoln International Bridge, which is a component of the Laredo Port of Entry, Paciano Castillo Hernandez, who is 51 years old, was apprehended on May 20.

Using biometric technology, authorities from the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) were able to identify Hernandez, who is a citizen of the United States.

It was discovered by them that the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office was looking for him when they investigated the federal databases.

The alleged act is believed to have been committed in San Antonio by Hernandez, who was traveling in a vehicle at the time of his arrest. Webb County Jail was the location where he was booked.

“Our frontline officers continue to maintain strict vigilance, and their attention to detail and dedication to the border security mission resulted in this significant apprehension,” said Port Director Albert Flores of the Laredo Port of Entry at the time of the recent incident.

“Apprehensions of this heinous type clearly underscore the important work of our officers in keeping our communities secure.”

A centralized automated database that is designed to communicate information among law enforcement agencies, including outstanding warrants for a wide range of offenses, was utilized by the Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This database is known as the National Crime Information Center (NCIC).

This comes just a few days after state troopers in Texas revealed video footage that showed the pursuit and arrest of a person who was suspected of smuggling people without permission.

Before the trooper turns around to follow a Mercedes-Benz, the video begins with a shot from the dash camera belonging to the trooper.

Due to the fact that the Mercedes is accelerating, the trooper finds himself in the middle of a high-speed pursuit along the US-277.

It appears that the other driver pulls over into a property, which causes the trooper to screech his car to a halt and then pursue the suspect running on foot.

He can be heard shouting, “Come here!” in the distance. I’m going to get you in the end! It is also possible to hear him yelling things like, “You had better stop!” at a different moment in time. Hey, you’re not going to get away that easily!

A radio transmission is also sent out by the officer to his other officers, informing them about the pursuit and the location where it is taking place.

After some time, the suspect eventually stops running and walks near the police. After that, he lies down on the ground and yields to the officer’s authority to arrest him.
