Timothy Delaney, who is employed as a science teacher at Seminole High School, was taken into custody on a single count of lewd and lascivious molestation against a person who is younger than 12 years old.
Timothy Delaney, fifty-eight years old, was accused of sexually assaulting a child who was younger than twelve years old, according to the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
A single count of lewd or lascivious molestation of a person younger than 12 years old has been brought against him at this time. Delaney’s bond was set at twenty thousand dollars as reported by FOX Orlando.
