Columbus, OH: The collision between a school bus and another car that occurred on Monday evening in the far east of Columbus resulted in the injuries of at least three individuals.
Near Blacklick Estates, at approximately 4:30 p.m., a vehicle and a school bus were involved in a head-on collision at the intersection of Chatterton Road and Falcon Bridge Drive. Although the bus was confirmed to belong to the Groveport Madison Local Schools system by a spokeswoman for the district, the spokesperson stated that there were no pupils on board.
The Columbus Division of Fire reports that medical personnel transported two individuals to Mount Carmel East, with one of them being in stable condition and the other being in critical condition. An individual was sent to Grant Medical Center. According to the spokeswoman at Groveport Madison, the bus driver did not sustain any injuries.
An investigation has been launched to find the reasons for the collision.
