Oklahoma Cop Arrested for Abusing 3 Foster Girls; Victims Reported Inappropriate Touching among Other Things

A police officer from Prague, Jeffrey Frisbie, along with his wife, Kimberly Frisbie, has been taken into custody on charges related to child sexual assault and child abuse.

Jeffery Frisbie faces serious allegations, including 22 counts related to inappropriate conduct with a minor under 16, as well as two counts of first-degree rape.

An affidavit submitted by Lincoln County on September 10 reveals that Frisbie is under investigation for claims of having sexually abused three girls aged between 8 and 10.

Three children have been entrusted to the Frisbies as their foster caregivers.

The affidavit detailed forensic interviews with the children, revealing that they indicated Frisbie had inappropriately touched them.

A former foster child of the Frisbies was also interviewed.

She alleged that Jeffrey Frisbie had assaulted her during her time in their residence.

During the interview, the foster children revealed that Kimberly Frisbie would discipline them by forcing them to stand facing a wall for extended durations, striking them, and tugging at their hair.

Recent court filings have disclosed that Kimberly Frisbie has a history of kicking and strangling foster children.
