Ohio Father Forced Teen to Eat Dog Food and Sleep in Shed; Sentenced after 7 Kids Revealed Years of Abuse

Honk News– A father in Ohio has been sentenced to prison after nearly twenty years of horrific abuse and torture inflicted on his seven children, which included forcing his 14-year-old son to consume dog food and sleep in a shed.

Jason Fuller, 44, has admitted guilt to seven charges related to the endangerment of children, according to a statement from the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office. On Monday, Judge James P. Schuck of the Delaware County Common Pleas Court handed down a sentence of 17.5 years in prison to Fuller.

Kristelle Fuller, the wife of Fuller, received a two-year probation sentence after admitting to obstructing justice by instructing her children to deceive investigators in order to shield their father.

In a recent development, a probable cause affidavit acquired by a local news station reveals that an investigation was initiated in September 2023. This followed a complaint received by the county’s Family Services regarding allegations of child abuse, sparked by a report of one of the sons claiming he had been confined in a shed and fed dog food at the age of 14.

Authorities from the Delaware Police Department visited the residence to conduct interviews with Kristelle Fuller and the son involved. The son initially refuted the statement but later recalled an event from approximately six years ago where he faced consequences for behaving inappropriately in front of his sister, resulting in being confined to the shed for a few nights.

The individual reported that the separate structure was located in the rear yard and the incident took place in August. He mentioned that he was permitted to return to the house during the day. Authorities subsequently interviewed the victim in the absence of his mother. An investigator inquired whether there was any audio or surveillance footage in the residence, to which he responded that he possessed a device “right now that he was supposed to be recording me with,” according to the affidavit.

The individual stated that he wasn’t recording during the incident, while the investigator informed him that he was permitted to do so, as the officer was also capturing footage with his body-worn camera, according to the affidavit.

Detectives inquired of Kristelle Fuller whether she recalled the incident, to which she responded, “Sure.” She subsequently mentioned that her lawyer advised her against communicating with them.

Additional inquiries uncovered that the mistreatment extended beyond a single child, affecting all seven siblings. In April, Jason and Kristelle Fuller faced a 13-count indictment. A father faced allegations of inflicting physical discipline and holding children in a harsh way or for an extended duration, which posed a significant threat of serious injury.

He subjected the children to severe torment and harsh mistreatment. Kristelle Fuller encountered allegations of allowing child abuse, endangering a child, and intimidating a witness; however, these charges were dismissed as part of her plea deal.

Columbus has been a focal point of interest lately. A CBS affiliate has reported that Jason Fuller allegedly used a belt to strike the children, physically restrained them, and compelled them to perform intense exercises, resulting in one child losing consciousness. Residents observed that something seemed off.

The children were also recognized for accomplishing tasks typically assigned to grown-ups. However, a neighbor stated that the severe mistreatment was “well concealed” from sight.
