New York High School Students Arrested after They Striped Fellow Students’ Clothes and Touched Him Inappropriately: Authorities

This week, three teenagers were taken into custody for allegedly sexually assaulting a junior-varsity football teammate in what appears to be a hazing incident at James Madison High School in Brooklyn, according to reports.

According to the NYPD and sources, three young boys, aged 14 and 13, are accused of restraining the victim, removing his clothing, and inappropriately touching him.

On Wednesday, around 5:20 p.m., authorities reported that an incident occurred at the school in Midwood.

According to sources from the school, the incident occurred when the team was unattended in a locker room.

Authorities reported that the three individuals were taken into custody and faced charges of forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment the following day.

Sources indicate that the junior varsity football season has been canceled following the incident involving the 14-year-old boy, with senior officials from the city’s Department of Education reportedly visiting the school as part of the ongoing investigation.

The upcoming match for the James Madison Golden Knights JV team, originally set for Sunday, has been forfeited, as reported by the Public Schools Athletic League website.

This unsettling event marks the team’s second occurrence in just over a year.
