Neighborhood Disturbed by Man Seen Peeping into Windows, Committing Indecent Acts in Little Havana

Residents of a Little Havana neighborhood are feeling uneasy following an incident where an individual was captured on video engaging in inappropriate behavior while peering into windows.

At approximately 6:45 a.m. on Wednesday, residents of Southwest 10th Street near Southwest 7th Avenue were preparing for their day ahead.

Jose Larreynaga received a call from his neighbor, who informed him about a potential tool theft. Despite being at work, he promptly decided to check his doorbell camera app.

“When I looked at the camera, to my surprise, I see a man touching himself in front of my daughter’s window,” he said in Spanish.

A surveillance camera recorded a man entering the premises and surveying the area before engaging in inappropriate behavior.

There is a visible tattoo on the man’s right forearm. From a different perspective, it becomes apparent that he is sporting a black t-shirt adorned with a prominent orange Adidas logo on the back. Afterward, he proceeds to pick up a plastic chair and carries it towards the rear of the establishment.

After the man departs, he casually wipes his hands on his shorts, exchanges a wave with a neighbor, and drives away in a black Honda Civic.

NBC6 interviewed an anonymous woman who noticed something unusual about a man walking by her. She immediately became suspicious as she had never seen him in the neighborhood before.

Larreynaga expressed concern about the potential actions of the individual if he were to come back, given the number of children in the neighborhood.

According to Larreynaga, there is a great deal of fear and concern for the children due to the presence of this individual in a vehicle.
