A former elementary school employee, previously charged by Wisconsin authorities with the sexual assault of a child, is now confronting further criminal charges as investigators have uncovered more alleged victims.
Anna-Marie Crocker, 33, faces charges in an updated criminal complaint submitted on Nov. 1 in Kenosha County Circuit Court. The charges include exposing genitals, exposing a child to harmful material, child enticement, and exposing a child to harmful descriptions, according to the Kenosha County District Attorney’s Office.
Less than a month after facing serious allegations, Crocker, previously employed at Riverview Elementary School in Silver Lake, Wis., has been charged with multiple offenses, including first-degree child sexual assault involving a child under 13, possession of child pornography, and sexual exploitation of a child through filming. These details were outlined in the initial criminal complaint filed on Oct. 14 in Kenosha County Circuit Court, as shared by prosecutors.
The status of Crocker’s pleas remains uncertain, and there was no immediate identification of an attorney available to comment on her situation. According to jail records, her bond is set at $500,000.
According to a statement from the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department released last month, the individuals involved in Crocker’s original case were both current and former elementary school students. Officials stated that the purported wrongdoing occurred outside school hours and away from school grounds.
A Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a call on Oct. 8 at a residence in Twin Lakes, Wis., where the caller reported that his 13-year-old son had been “forced to have sex with the mother of his friend.”

A 13-year-old has claimed that the incident of sexual assault occurred during a winter sleepover at Crocker’s residence with friends, according to the complaint. The complaint states that the boy reported being asleep on the couch in the basement when Crocker, who was unclothed, awakened him and took off his pants before assaulting him.
A 12-year-old boy reported that the sexual encounter was not consensual, as stated in the complaint. He reportedly informed investigators that he consistently urged Crocker to get off and attempted to push her away, but she refused to comply, according to the complaint.

The young man stated that Crocker contacted him months after the purported event, attempting to express remorse for the basement occurrences. According to the complaint, Crocker characterized her actions as “trying to make him feel guilty. ”
Officials have also claimed in the complaint that Crocker was involved in “sharing sexual messages and images” via Snapchat with another minor. A report was made to a school resource officer on October 9 by the individual involved.
The complaint states that the child alleged Crocker sexually assaulted him in a parking lot in August. According to the complaint, Crocker reportedly confessed to obtaining a sexual video from the boy and storing it.
The updated claims in the revised complaint charge Crocker with engaging in sexually inappropriate discussions with two additional boys via Snapchat. On October 10, authorities in Twin Lakes engaged with a young boy who reported to a school staff member that Crocker had sent him inappropriate messages, which included videos of herself engaging in explicit acts with a sex toy and sexual images.
The individual claiming to be a victim reported that the two communicated for approximately two weeks, after which he decided to block Crocker following her comment expressing that she found it appealing that he was 13 years old, according to the complaint. The allegation reveals that the boy expressed feeling “scared” due to the reported incident involving his friend, who accused Crocker of assault.

Officials examined Crocker’s mobile device and discovered multiple videos and images that appeared similar to those described by the boy, according to the complaint. In the course of their investigation, authorities reported discovering a chat between Crocker and a boy she connected with on Snapchat on October 9, following her observation of him on his high school’s homecoming float, according to the complaint.
Crocker reportedly inquired if the boy was interested in engaging in sexual activity with her, and they arranged to meet at her residence on October 11, as stated in the complaint. The young man asserted that he and Crocker communicated in a way that suggested sexual undertones, yet he maintained that he “never followed through with it,” according to the complaint.
The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department had earlier stated that Crocker was employed as a staff member at Riverview Elementary School. Local station WITI reported that the school district’s website indicated that Crocker started as a substitute in 2020 and transitioned to a full-time teacher’s aide the following year.
