A man from Nesconset was arrested again by Suffolk County Police for doing a number of sexual acts in front of two different women. This is after he was arrested before for the same charges.
Jacob Levy, who is 27 years old, was caught on Monday, April 22, 2024, masturbating in his car in front of a mother and her young daughter.
On April 22, around 3 p.m., Levy was driving west on Route 347 in a sky-blue 2020 Honda Civic with black wheels. He pulled up next to a car driven by a woman with her 6-year-old daughter riding in the back. He then began masturbating in front of them. Levy had nothing on below the waist.
The mother talked to Levy, wrote down his car plate number, and then called the police. Levy drove off in the Civic.
Deputies from the Fourth Squad nabbed Levy and charged him with Public Lewdness 1st Degree, Public Lewdness, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He will be charged at First District Court in Central Islip on April 25. He is being held overnight.
