The occurrence occurred at 10:06 a.m. on Monday morning. The emergency services were contacted by a concerned individual in response to an incident in which an infant appeared to have fallen from a higher floor of their apartment building to the ground below.

Upon their arrival, emergency personnel identified the child and promptly implemented life-saving measures. A diaper was discovered nearby, and a variety of items were scattered across the pavement, along with an unclothed young child.

Bass informed the police that he had exited the apartment at approximately 10 a.m. to walk the dog. He observed the presence of emergency medical personnel and firetrucks while conversing with the building manager. He promptly contacted Randle, who was upstairs with the other three children, and instructed her to go and assess the situation after observing that a child was being attended to.

The parents subsequently clarified that their intention was to secure the window track by inserting a blue pole to prevent it from sliding open.

According to Randle, one of the other three children admitted to opening the window while they were left unsupervised in the room. This information was conveyed to the authorities.

The residence was described by officials as being in an extremely unsanitary state, with garbage dispersed throughout.

According to a witness who reported the incident to the authorities, children’s toys were consistently tumbling past her window from above, suggesting that they were in the vicinity of the apartment where the victim fell. She claims that the toys have been plummeting past her window on a regular basis for the past eight months.
