A Versailles man was charged with various sex charges in two separate cases on Friday.
Tristian Dale Washia-Mayhew, 22, was accused in one case of first-degree rape. In his second case, he faced charges of second-degree statutory rape and fourth-degree child molestation.
He is being held in the Morgan County Jail. In the child sex crime case, no bond was imposed, although the other rape case required a $250,000 bond.
It is unclear from court documents whether the victim in both cases is the same person.
According to one of the court records, the victim was brought over by a friend who dropped them off at Washia-Mayhew’s home. The victim was allegedly offered a drink and passed out, according to the statement. They awoke to find Washia-Mayhew raping them, according to court filings.

Washia-Mayhew allegedly denied knowing the victim before admitting to knowing them, according to the statement.
The victim allegedly told law authorities that they also supplied Washia-Mayhew nude images because he refused to stop asking, despite Washia-Mayhew’s assertion that they were unsolicited, according to the statement.
In a second probable cause statement, the victim said there was a camera in the room where the attack took place, but Washia-Mayhew claimed the camera was not “hooked up.”
According to the statement, he also stated that he planned to leave for the United States Virgin Islands on October 30.
