Honk News (Pasco County, FL) – Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco expressed his firm stance on Tuesday regarding a man recently taken into custody in connection with a child exploitation case.
During a press briefing, the Sheriff described the case as “truly appalling.”
Sheriff Nocco reported that Jean Cebollero-Arias, 46, transmitted images of an elementary school-aged child under his supervision to other men online, proposing that they “train” her to satisfy his sexual desires.
“Clearly the intent was for him to push her out there,” Nocco said.
Following leads from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, investigators connected the online discussions to Cebollero-Arias. Authorities approached him at a nearby Publix and took him into custody.
Cebollero-Arias is confronted with allegations of trafficking a minor under his care.

Nocco indicated that additional individuals connected to the case reside in New Jersey, Alabama, Illinois, and the United Kingdom, with the relevant information forwarded to their respective jurisdictions for further inquiry.
“The death penalty is never good enough for individuals who are arrested for this,” Nocco said during the news conference.

Nocco expressed gratitude towards his investigators, stating they successfully removed a dangerous individual from the community and protected the child from additional danger.
“The individuals that were involved in this case, who knows how far they would have gone,” Nocco said.
The Sheriff delivered a warning to those engaged in human trafficking, too.
“There is good and evil in this world. Good will prevail. I promise you. Good will prevail,” Nocco said.
