Man Recently Out of Prison Arrested Again after He Molested 15-year-old; Was Jailed for Molesting Young Boy in New York

Honk News (New York City, NY) – A recently released parolee, who spent eight years in prison for sexually assaulting a young boy and throwing him off a rooftop, is now facing accusations of raping a 15-year-old girl in a stairwell in the Bronx, according to police and sources.

Casmine Aska, 29, is accused of attacking a teenager in an elevator at 140 Bellamy Loop in Co-Op City on Thursday, leading her into a stairwell and assaulting her, according to police reports. Police reported that he was arrested on Friday night and charged with first-degree rape.

Aska was released on parole on January 30 after serving time for attempted murder. Just two days later, on February 1, 2013, he pushed a 9-year-old boy, whom he had previously assaulted, off the roof of a five-story apartment building in the Bronx, according to police sources.

In 2017, he was incarcerated and spent eight years in state prison, according to state prison records.
