Man Arrested for Public Lewdness; Was Released from Jail after 20 years of Sentence in New York

After reportedly sexually torturing and threatening to kill a 10-year-old child as part of a disgusting sex crime spree in Queens, a convicted rapist who was released on parole two months ago was detained once more on Thursday, according to police and law enforcement sources.

According to authorities, John Garrison, 53, who raped a 13-year-old girl in a Brooklyn alley and was sentenced to nearly 20 years in state prison, carried out at least five heinous crimes over the course of three days this week.

According to police, the creep started acting strangely on Monday when he allegedly showed himself to a 51-year-old woman in her car in Woodhaven.

According to police and reports, he approached a 10-year-old girl from behind two days later in the same neighborhood and allegedly touched and threatened her.

According to accounts, he approached a hair salon approximately half an hour later and masturbated in front of the establishment.

According to sources, he then exclaimed that a 23-year-old woman had “a fat ass” as he walked up behind her on Thursday at midday.

He was apparently masturbating and his pants had fallen when she turned around.

More than three hours later, the twisted rampage came to an end in Richmond Hill when police officers observed Garrison pull his pants down and identified him from a wanted poster, according to the NYPD.

Following his claimed meeting with the young girl, Garrison was arrested and charged with four counts of public lewdness, sex abuse with a child under the age of eleven, endangering the welfare of a child, and forcible touching, according to the police.

According to authorities, the sicko was imprisoned in 2007 for raping the teenage girl and had six previous offenses before last week.

According to jail records, he served over 20 years in prison before being released on parole on January 16.

According to sources, Garrison was previously accused of first-degree sex abuse, public lewdness, and endangering a child’s welfare, among other offenses, in various regions of Brooklyn and Queens.
