Man Arrested after He Assaulted another Man in Restroom Facility of a Restaurant

A man has been charged following an alleged sexual assault of another man in the restroom at the Eat’n Park in Dormont. The criminal complaint reveals that the assault took place on November 16.

The individual stated that he had entered the restroom at the eatery when he was confronted by another man, who was subsequently identified as James Callozzo.

Callozzo reportedly posed a sexual inquiry, revealed himself, seized the victim’s pants, and pressured the victim to remain in the bathroom when he attempted to exit.

A waitress at the establishment informed investigators that Callozzo frequented the venue and had a prior arrest in another state linked to a sexual offense, according to the complaint. The server mentioned that due to the unsuitable comments he made, the establishment intentionally refrained from assigning male waiters to his table.

Callozzo faces charges related to inappropriate behavior, including indecent assault, indecent exposure, and invasion of privacy.
