Latin King Gang Member Sentenced More Than 30 Years In Prison For Sex Trafficking and Racketeering

Miami, FL: A Latin King gang member has been sentenced to 380 months in prison by Chief District Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga. The individual was convicted at trial of two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, obstruction of sex trafficking enforcement, and use of interstate facilities in aid of racketeering.

Jason Wagner, also known as “King Ace,” from Miami, Florida, has been involved in the exploitation of multiple women in the commercial sex industry since at least 2003. Wagner coerced his victims into participating in the sex trade by imprisoning them in his apartments, confiscating their identification documents, using physical violence and threats, and supplying them with drugs.

Wagner first caught the attention of law enforcement when a woman informed a helpful individual that she was being held hostage in Wagner’s residence. Following Wagner’s arrest in this matter, he persistently requested the woman to withdraw the charges and decline to testify in court.
