Authorities in Farmers Branch are currently on the lookout for three individuals following a disturbing incident where three individuals were abducted and tragically, one of them lost their life due to a gunshot wound.
The body of 33-year-old Nilzuly Arneaud Petit was discovered by Farmers Branch officers on Valley View Lane near the Bush Turnpike at 3:40 a.m. Saturday. Authorities have reported a distressing incident involving Petit and two minors, who were found to have been abducted from a residential area in Northeast Dallas.
As per the statement of Farmers Branch PD Lt. Terry Eoff, the three individuals were on their way back from a party around 12:30 a.m. Petit was behind the wheel of a friend’s sleek black 2015 Toyota 4Runner.
Upon reaching the complex, two individuals took control of the SUV, with the victims still present. Eventually, the suspects relocated the victims to a four-door sedan, which was either beige or white, according to Eoff. At the same time, a third suspect took possession of the 4Runner.
The suspects proceeded to drive the sedan to Farmers Branch, where they tragically shot Petit in the head.
Lewisville police officers discovered the two teenage victims walking on the I-35 service road near Corporate Drive. Fortunately, both individuals emerged from the incident unscathed and have been fully cooperative with the ongoing investigation.
The 4Runner was discovered abandoned in Greenville, Texas.
Eoff mentioned that the individuals involved were men of Hispanic descent. The speaker chose not to provide details regarding the connections between the victims and the suspects.
According to reports, authorities are currently examining surveillance camera footage from TxDOT in their ongoing investigation for additional evidence.
The authorities are seeking witnesses who may have seen either vehicle during the early hours of Saturday morning. They are urging anyone with information to reach out to the Farmers Branch Police Department.
