Honk News – A Guatemalan immigrant faces charges for allegedly molesting a 5-year-old girl on two occasions within her family’s Florida residence, specifically in the garage and bathroom, as reported.
Nicolas Jose Francisco, 25, faced two charges of sexual battery involving a child under 12 on Friday and was remanded without bail in Palm Beach County.
Francisco, who had been assisting the young victim’s family for approximately a year, informed authorities that he touched the girl “by mistake both times” — asserting that the girl’s family only made the allegations against him due to his status as “an undocumented immigrant,” according to the report.
Reports indicate that the girl underwent her initial interview regarding the abuse with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and the Florida Department of Children and Families on December 13.
She informed the authorities that Francisco summoned her to the garage and “touched her flower.”
In the subsequent event, she reported that the individual led her to the restroom, where he purportedly revealed himself and made further unwanted contact, as stated by the source.
The young victim was said to be trembling and burst into tears as they described the incident. Authorities interrogated Francisco regarding the accusations on Thursday, and he faced arraignment on Friday.
