Houston robbery victim fell to his death from a 6-story parking garage.
A second arrest has been made in the case of a man who was killed during a robbery and then dumped to his death from a six-story Houston parking garage.
The event took place on September 26 at an apartment building in the 1550 block of Leona Street.
According to court documents, the two suspects, both from Stafford, are accused of “causing” 23-year-old Sostenes Briones to “fall from the sixth level of a parking garage”.
Paramedics discovered Briones’ body in a breezeway between a parking garage and an apartment complex.
Briones died from blunt force trauma to the torso.
The Houston Police Department initially arrested Enrique Malaquias Bonilla, 21, on charges of murder and aggravated robbery with serious bodily injury. Isaiah Ray Williams, the second suspect, has been apprehended and charged with murder and aggravated robbery. Both males are currently in Harris County Jail.
On November 7, officers from the Central Patrol Division Crime Suppression Team apprehended Bonilla. His next court appearance is January 6, 2025. Williams is awaiting his court appearance on November 18.
According to authorities, Bonilla admitted to being involved in the incident.
