Miami Gardens, FL- A 31-year-old man was taken into custody over the weekend following an incident where Miami Gardens police allege he physically assaulted a young girl and then proceeded to spit in the face of an officer.
The incidents took place shortly before 10 p.m. on Saturday, as stated in his arrest report.
A young girl was reportedly approached and physically assaulted by an individual in Miami Gardens.
The victim informed the authorities that he proceeded to seize her, prompting her to cry out for her family who were present in the residence.
As per the report, Krakhmalny, who is homeless, subsequently departed.
A responding officer noticed Krakhmalny walking in a southerly direction from the vicinity, sporting a noticeable red Spider-Man hoodie.
According to the police, the individual was apprehended after the victim positively identified him as the person who slapped her. The age of the victim was not disclosed in the arrest report.
As per the report, while seated in the back of a police vehicle, Krakhmalny allegedly spat at an officer, resulting in the officer being hit by the spit on their face and right hand.
Krakhmalny was taken into custody for alleged child abuse and battery of a police officer.
As of Monday afternoon, he was in custody at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center awaiting the setting of his bond.
No motive for the initial incident was disclosed in the arrest report.
