Grammy-nominated rapper GloRilla reportedly experienced a significant wardrobe mishap following an encounter with law enforcement on Tuesday morning.
According to TMZ, the artist known as Gloria Hallelujah Woods, also known for her popular song “Blessed,” was recently taken into custody in Gwinnett County, Ga. The arrest was made on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Additionally, she was stopped due to suspicions of having an open alcoholic beverage container.
According to the police, the artist’s vehicle had a strong odor of marijuana and alcohol. She supposedly confessed to having had a drink earlier that night.
The next step was to administer a battery of sobriety tests to GloRilla, which she allegedly failed miserably on every occasion.
She was taken into custody after refusing to take a breathalyzer test, as reported by the publication. According to authorities, the 24-year-old was booked shortly after 6 a.m. Her bond amount has been set at $1,956, as reported by Atlanta’s WSB-TV.
She was released on bond a few hours later.
