Brooklyn, New York City- A shocking discovery was made Sunday afternoon in a Brooklyn residence, where two individuals were found deceased with severe neck injuries.
Authorities reported that two individuals were found dead in a two-story residence located at 186 Warwick St. in Cypress Hills. The discovery was made around 4:30 p.m. by officers who responded to a 911 call.
The identities of the individuals are:
- A 91-year-old man named Roosevelt Simmons.
- A 66-year-old woman named Jacqueline Delyons.
According to the NYPD, the remains of both individuals were found on the kitchen floor, each suffering from slash wounds to their necks.
Authorities reported that both individuals residing in the house were declared deceased at the location. Authorities reported that a male individual considered of interest was apprehended at the location.
