Honk News – A revised lawsuit submitted by a woman from the Bay Area claims that additional celebrities were purportedly involved in what she characterizes as a gang rape in Orinda, with rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs currently in federal custody in New York facing sex-trafficking charges.
Diddy has entered a not-guilty plea regarding the charges against him, with a trial scheduled for May. He has also denied the specific claims outlined in the lawsuit initially filed by Ashley Parham in October in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, which was later amended on March 13.
“No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story,” Combs’ legal team told the entertainment site, People.com.
Parham accused Combs and two other men of committing a gang rape against her in 2018.
The updated lawsuit identifies additional individuals purportedly connected to Parham’s claims, featuring NFL star Odell Beckham Jr. and comedian Druski among them.
The legal document includes images of multiple defendants.
Parham has secured representation from Shawn Perez in Nevada and Ariel Mitchell in Florida. Combs’ attorneys have filed a defamation lawsuit against Mitchell.
Parham’s lawsuit claims that she was assaulted in Orinda in 2018 as retaliation for her comments suggesting Combs may have had a role in Tupac’s murder years earlier.
Parham claimed that Druski applied a lubricant on her and then used her body inappropriately, describing it as a “slip and slide.” She also alleged that a man referred to as “Cornelius,” who is actually Beckham, engaged in sexual acts with her without her consent, as stated in the lawsuit. According to the lawsuit, she also accused Combs of rape and of “violently inserting” a TV remote into her vagina.
Both Beckham and Druski took to social media to refute any allegations against them. Parham has opted not to participate in an interview with KTVU via her legal representatives.
The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office had informed KTVU that their investigation revealed no signs of criminal activity.
Parham’s initial lawsuit faced the risk of dismissal due to her legal team failing to serve Combs with the correct summons promptly; however, they received an extension until this month to rectify the situation.
