Diddy in Hot Water: New Lawsuit Allege Brutal Abuse of 10 and 17-year-old Boys after Auditions

Sean “Diddy” Combs is under scrutiny with fresh allegations related to substance abuse and inappropriate conduct with minors.

On Monday, October 28, two individuals filed a lawsuit against Combs, 54, in the Supreme Court of New York County, claiming that he drugged and sexually assaulted them at ages 10 and 17. According to court documents, both individuals submitted their filings using the name John Doe.

In a recent complaint, one individual claimed to have encountered Combs during a “audition” back in 2005, when he was only 10 years old, while naming various associated companies. His parents took him on a flight from Los Angeles to New York City for a series of meetings and introductions “with various individuals in the music industry”, which included a meeting with Combs.

The complaint claims that Combs sought to meet the 10-year-old in his hotel room, with the child being brought there by a consultant hired by the parents. Upon arrival, he claims that Combs expressed he could “turn him into a star” and inquired about how “desperately he desired” it. He claims that another person in the hotel room handed him a soda, and after consuming it, he started to feel “a little funny.”

He alleges that Combs or a member of Combs’ team tampered with the drink, adding substances like GHB and/or ecstasy. A picture of the container that is said to have been used to tamper with the beverage is part of the submission.

The individual making the allegations claims that Combs compelled him to engage in oral sex and issued threats against his parents should he disclose the incidents to anyone. He further asserts that he “lost consciousness,” and upon regaining awareness, he was in tears, experiencing significant pain in his “anus and buttocks,” with his “pants undone.” He mentions that he informed his parents, but they were “terrified of the potential consequences of reporting the abuse.”

A second allegation has emerged against Diddy, claiming that he sexually assaulted a 17-year-old male in 2008.

The incident reportedly took place during the teen’s audition for a reality competition series, where hopeful artists vie for a chance to join a musical group overseen by a prominent label founder.

Diddy faces allegations of inappropriate behavior during a private interview with a teenager on the first day of auditions, including claims of sexual misconduct. The accusation claims that during the second day of auditions, Diddy compelled him to engage in oral sex with both him and his bodyguard. Following the reported incident, Diddy reportedly informed the teenager that he would be “keeping an eye” on him after noticing his unease with the situation. The young contestant was ultimately removed from the contest.

The allegation further states that the young individual was “unable to re-enter the music scene for seven years” after the incident.

The individuals bringing the case, represented by the Buzbee Law Firm, are pursuing both compensatory and punitive damages, which will be assessed during the trial.

The allegations mark a new chapter in Combs’ persistent legal challenges. On September 16, the controversial figure in the music industry was taken into custody in Manhattan and faced charges related to serious offenses including trafficking, racketeering, and facilitating prostitution.

He is currently in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he awaits his trial. The commencement of his trial is set for May 5, 2025.
