A preacher from Delight, Arkansas, was sentenced on Monday to 11 counts of possessing child sexual abuse material.
According to the Pike County Sheriff’s Office, James Vincent Henry, 43, was sentenced to 10 years on each offence, to be served consecutively, for a total of 110 years.
According to investigations, special agents from the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Task Force got two distinct internet tips from the National Centre for Missing and Exploited Children in September 2024.
According to authorities, special agents were able to study digital evidence obtained through a search request, as well as messages on social media applications Snapchat and Kik.
Henry was apprehended by authorities in October 2024.
Deputies in Pike County then arrested Henry on 100 counts of possessing, viewing, and distributing child pornography.
