Detroit, MI: A woman filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment by a chiropractor when she was receiving treatment at his facility in Detroit.
The lawsuit is filed against John Pispidikis and Spinal Recovery Services by Attorney Azzam Elder. The attorney also confirmed the same.
“After talking to the client, we had no choice but to bring this public and let people know that he is a predator,” Elder said.
According to Elder, his client’s chiropractor, neurologist, and nurse practitioner, Pispidikis, helped her recover from serious injuries to her back and neck that she had in a vehicle accident. Pispidikis allegedly became violent and made inappropriate physical contact with his client, as stated in the lawsuit.
The victim discussed with a friend how Pispidikis was physically interacting with her during her visits. The individual advised her to acquire a concealed camera and capture its footage.
According to the Elder, the video depicts Pispidikis positioning his client against the door of the room, without a shirt. According to the footage, he stated that Pispidikis repeatedly forcefully seized his client by the legs.

“He is a danger. If they know anyone else who is a witness or is a potential victim, they need to contact the police department or contact our offices. We’ve got to make sure that we put him out of business or at least hold him accountable because he should not be practicing medicine,” Elder said.
The Warren Police Department has stated that an investigation is being conducted into Spinal Recovery Services. The findings of the inquiry will be transferred to the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office for further discussion. Along with that, Elder stated that he personally delivered the lawsuit to Spinal Recovery Services at approximately noon on Friday.
