California Couple Arrested after Lewd Content Busted by Cops; One of them Worked at Child Care Centre

A husband and the wife were taken into custody for possessing material that contained child sexual abuse.

In the beginning of this month, a husband and wife were taken into custody when the Fresno County Sheriff’s office discovered that they were in possession of material that contained child sexual assault.

Robinson Thao, age 26, and Lily Chang, age 24, both of Fresno, were taken into custody on December 13th, according to the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office. The arrests were made by investigators working with the Central California Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.

On December 14th, Chang was freed from jail after posting a bond and appearing in court.

The Fresno County Jail maintains Thao’s custody.

Both Chang and Thao have been charged with several offenses by the District Attorney’s Office of Fresno County authorities.

It has been alleged that Chang is in possession of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is a felony allegation.

Thao is being charged with six felonies, including sodomy of a child under the age of 14, oral copulation with a child under the age of 14, lewd and lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14, and arranging to meet a kid for the purpose of sexual activity and possession of (CSAM).

At the time, Chang was employed at a daycare center located in Fresno.

There is no indication that she committed a crime against any minors, according to the detectives who have been investigating the case. This investigation is still being carried out.
