Diddy in Hot Waters: New Lawsuit Claimed He Molested 17-year-old in a Night Club Back in 2012

Honk News (New York City, NY) – Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious allegations in a recent lawsuit, claiming he raped a 17-year-old boy at a nightclub in New York City back in 2012.

A legal action has been initiated in the Supreme Court of New York by an unidentified individual, alleging that Combs, 55, drugged and sexually assaulted him in the rear area of a SoHo nightclub during his teenage years.

The complaint states that the individual in question reported paying $100 for entry into a SoHo club, where he was subsequently invited to Combs’ exclusive table, along with other attendees, to enjoy a shot of vodka. He claimed that Combs got up from the table, and shortly after, someone came up to him and asked him to go to the back room.

The complaint reveals that the backroom was occupied by several individuals, including Combs’ entourage, alongside individuals who seemed to be strippers and escorts.

The report claims that at a certain moment, the individual “began to realize something was wrong” and became “hazy and disoriented” and “could feel himself losing consciousness and control of his body.”

He stated that he “went in and out of consciousness” and “was aware of what was happening but couldn’t stop it,” according to the lawsuit.

He stated that he refrained from reporting the incident due to feelings of embarrassment and the influence and fame of Combs.

In a statement to PEOPLE, Combs’ legal representatives expressed: “As previously stated, Mr. Combs is unable to address every new publicity tactic, even when faced with claims that are clearly absurd or patently untrue.” Mr. Combs and his legal team are completely assured of the facts and the fairness of the judicial proceedings. In the courtroom, the facts will emerge that Mr. Combs has never engaged in sexual assault or trafficking of any individual—regardless of gender or age.

Recent accusations arise alongside a series of legal actions and various claims lodged against Combs throughout the previous year.

In December 2023, Anna Kane, former spouse of Edmonton Oilers athlete Evander Kane, filed a lawsuit against the founder of Bad Boy Records and two additional individuals, claiming incidents of sex trafficking and gang rape that occurred when she was 17 years old. Just a month ago, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura initiated a new lawsuit concerning allegations of sexual abuse and sex trafficking against Combs, with the two parties settling the following day.

The business owner is facing legal action for purportedly drugging and attacking a man in 2022, as well as for alleged assaults on a 10-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, among various other claims.

The rapper is currently contending with over twenty civil lawsuits.

In September, Combs faced arrest and was charged by federal prosecutors with serious offenses including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. The mogul has been denied bail on three occasions and is presently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He has entered a plea of not guilty, with the trial set to take place in May 2025.
