Police claim that a Long Island lady reportedly struck a victim with her automobile Saturday morning, doing so on intent.
At 3:40 a.m. police answered a 911 call. Police claimed two ladies engaged in a fight in the parking lot of a Chinese restaurant situated at 1733 Montauk Highway in North Bellport.
51-year-old Philomena Mistretta entered her 2004 Toyota Sieena during the conflict and purposefully collided her car with the victim. According to police, the 63-year-old victim had severe injuries and was sent to Long Island Community Hospital.
The victim’s injury list wasn’t exactly obvious right away.
