Honk News (Beloit, WI) – On Tuesday, a man from Wisconsin who is sixty years old was brought before the court and charged with twenty-one counts of felony and minor offenses. These charges include one count of human trafficking and multiple counts of second-degree reckless endangerment.
The Beloit Police Department has stated that the charges are the result of an investigation that was initiated on January 26 following a report of a violent event that occurred within the location of the city.
As a result of the evidence and additional research, twenty-one accusations of violent crime were brought against Charles Bell, who resides in Beloit. The charges are following:
- Human trafficking
- Felon in possession of a firearm
- Receiving stolen property of $5,000 to $10,000 or a firearm
- Battery
- Disorderly conduct
- Second-degree recklessly endangering safety
- Criminal damage to property
- Intentional mistreatment of animals
- Strangulation and suffocation
- False imprisonment
- Substantial battery intending bodily harm
- Maintaining a drug trafficking place

On the same day, Bell was taken into custody and held in Rock County Circuit Court for a breach of his probation. During the course of the investigation, his bail was set at one hundred thousand dollars.
