The charging document reveals that Dillon’s 5-year-old daughter informed police that Dillon struck the pets with a hammer the night prior to the alleged killing of London.

During the interaction with officers, Dillon reportedly exhibited unusual behavior, making claims about revealing child sex rings, transsexuals, and Proud Boys. Keyona Dillon displayed erratic behavior and expressed concerns about groups attempting to frame her, as stated in the charging documents.

“She believes that her eleven-year-old daughter… has been having sexual relations with the father of her other three children,” charging documents detailed.  “Detectives did not find any evidence that Olsen was the victim of any type of sexual abuse and it should also be noted that detectives did not find any evidence of forced entry into the house nor had there been anyone else in the house other than Keyona Dillon and her children, including London Olsen.”

Authorities reported that three more children were found safe within the residence. Dillon continues to be detained without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

The status of her plea remains uncertain.
