A guy who is 22 years old has been charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct, which is a second-degree felony, for getting a teenage girl pregnant.
Court records show that Kimo Ray Blas was freed on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond. If found guilty, Blas could spend eight years in jail.
The complaint says the first call to the cops came in on April 7, 2023, when the girl was 15 years old. The lawsuit says that she gave birth in May 2023.
The girl told cops on Sunday that she and Blas had been dating for a while and had their first sex when she was 15.
She said Blas is the father of their kid who is 1 year old. Blas told the cops that he shared a home with the girl for a year and knew she was a child.
He was caught on Sunday.
