13 Arrested in Utah Drug Bust, Including Tren de Aragua Gang Members: DEA

Honk News (Salt Lake City, UT) – Local Drug Enforcement Administration agents conducted a weekend operation in Utah, resulting in the arrests of several individuals, including suspected gang members.

On Sunday, the operation involved the Salt Lake City DEA and Homeland Security, resulting in the Rocky Mountain DEA reporting the arrest of 13 individuals described as “illegal aliens.” Four members of the Tren de Aragua gang were among those taken into custody, as reported by the division.

The identities of those arrested remain unknown.

Those arrested on Sunday are currently in the hands of Immigration and Customs Enforcement and are undergoing deportation processing.

Authorities have increased efforts to apprehend individuals residing in the country without legal status.
