Zayn Malik has Sold his Soho Penthouse for $9.45 Million After less than two years of ownership



Zayn Malik recently sold his SoHo penthouse after under two years of possession.

The singer purchased the 3,597-square-foot bachelor pad for $10.61 million back in March 2018, soon after splitting for the first time with Gigi. Barely a year later, the couple had gotten back together and separated various occasions more, and now the artist was prepared to relinquish the loft.

Malik originally recorded the unit in August 2019 for $10.8 million, bit by bit dropping the value to $10.2 million later. The four-room, four-restroom staying at long last sold for $9.45 million in December.
