The moment the hit Spanish show came out in 2018, folks all over the world were instantly gripped by the murder of Marina along with the play that followed it. Ever since then, the series has given us a lot more scandals and season 3 seems to draw matters neatly to a close as we figure out who killed Polo.

While season 4 has not yet been renewed, the series’ popularity makes it certain. Cast members Miguel Bernardeu (Guzmán) and Itzan Escamilla (Samuel) have been teasing season 4 on social websites already.

As it stands, Netflix haven’t formally revived Elite for a fourth season. But, fans can relax a little bit because, in January, popular Spanish press website Bluper noted that Elite season 4 and 5 are already in production at Netflix. To put it differently, it looks like we’ve got plenty more Elite to look forward to later on.

Again there is no official information seeing an Elite season 4 release date just yet. Season 1 was released on October 5th at 2018, year 2 came out on September 6th in 2019 and year 3 dropped in 2020 on March 13th. Given diverse all of the release dates have been thus far, there’s no knowing for sure when season 4 will come out.

Seeing as it is reportedly in production, year 4 could be released in Spring season or Autumn this year with eight episodes just like the previous seasons and the fifth year could follow soon after.

That said, due to the Coronavirus outbreak halting production on a lot of series, there is an opportunity that filming Elite year 4 could be delayed severely. It is unclear exactly when season 4 will begin filming.

Before Elite year 3 coming out, actresses and the actors demonstrated that year 4 will feature a brand-new cast. In a movie about year 3, Georgina Amorós (Cayetana) explained: “It’s a season where the bicycle is finished. Another one starts”. Alvaró Rico (Polo) also verified: “It is the definitive ending to the growth of the characters”

The news came following Fuera de collection reported that Elite season 3 would be the last season together with the main cast and year 4 will have a whole new cast very similar to British teen drama Skins. As it stands, there is no information on who can appear in the new class of Elite and if it will nevertheless be set in Las Encinas but we will update you when we understand.

For now though, say goodbye to Samu (Itzan Escamilla), Guzmán (Miguel Bernardeau), Lu (Danna Paola), Polo (Álvaro Rico), Carla (Ester Expósito), Nadia (Mina El Hammani), Ander (Arón Piper), Omar (Omar Shana), Nano (Jaime Lorente), Rebeca (Claudia Salas), Valerio (Jorge López) and Cayetana (Georgina Amorós).

Not to mention, season 3 novices Yeray (Sergio Momo) and Malick (Leïti Sène).

Seeing as Elite year 4 will include a brand new cast there is not knowing what the plot will probably be just yet. Team and the current cast are to state anything. When it’s still placed at Las Encinas however, we imagine that there will be a new set of pupils course conflicts and a lot more scandal.

Given that year 3 ends using Guzmán, Samuel, Rebeca, Ander and Omar all still at Las Encinas, we imagine that the series may change schools for season 4, unless there’ll be cameos in the initial cast. We’ll let you know as concepts, spoilers and news materialise.
