WhatsApp New Update: New Call Header in beta update

WhatsApp New Update - New Call Header in beta update

WhatsApp New Update: WhatsApp has rolled out a beta update for its Android program. This WhatsApp beta upgrade brings a call header for voice and video calls.

The newest WhatsApp feature includes the 2.20.129 upgrade available on Play Store for Android users. Be aware it hasn’t been rolled out into the secure version as yet and that this can be obtained for WhatsApp beta users.

Also, some WhatsApp beta users might not see it instantly either, WABetaInfo notes.

New Call Header in WhatsApp New Update

Coming to the upgrade, WhatsApp’s brand new call header now shows this message on top which says “End-to-end encrypted”. WhatsApp talked about it or has confirmed this feature. However, the screen of this encryption message might be a result of the rise in video and voice calls in this lockdown period.

Additionally, popular movie conferencing programs like Zoom are plagued with lots of privacy and security issues.

WhatsApp can also be working on its program on a different attribute for group calls. At present, users can add up to four individuals in a voice call or a group video. But WhatsApp has been discovered working on extending this group call limit.

There’s no confirmation for many members it will expand the limitation to just as yet. But this could be a good option as voice and video calls are being used by many men and women.

Right now big video calls are possible in programs like Zoom and Google Hangouts. Even Google Duo recently added support for 12 people. This feature will be most likely introduced by WhatsApp.
