The Romanian government intends to remove several COVID-19 restrictions.


Romania has been following the night curfew and has a strict obligation to wear face masks outside everywhere.

The state reported 107 deaths and 1,421 covid cases on Tuesday.

The shops and the restaurants can now close at 10:00 PM which is one hour later than the current time entry to more public venues might be allowed to those who have been vaccinated or not wearing a face mask will continue to be mandatory in public transport and indoor spaces but will be no longer expected outside other than in crowded areas as the markets.


The workers can also return to the traditional work environment.
