The Resident Evil 3 spoilers have now started appearing online and this happened a little over a week before the original game is set to hit the stores, and they also include the gameplay details as well as the story teasers.
If the fans want to play the game with as little foreknowledge as possible, then the fans have been warned now. Now that the players are sniffing out some details from the Resident Evil Demo data and also some other sources, the spoiler floodgates have now opened.
Admittedly, we have also come to know that the main story beats for the last 20 years. But Capcom has also confirmed that now it is taking a little more creative license for the remake than it did with Resident Evil part 2, so now there will be more surprises to spoil this time.
These leaks from the same person behind the recent set of the Resident Evil 8 rumors are not verified, so the fans should take any kind of information which has been pulled from them with a grain of some salt.
The spoilers point out some story details by the way of which areas appear to be included in the main game, but they also reveal some of the mechanics behind the game. Most noticing is that it looks like there will be four difficulty modes at the launch that range from Assist Mode, which gives the fans partly regenerating health and a complimentary assault rifle, then to the Super Hard Mode, which makes the enemies extra aggressive and also changes their locations.
The leaks of the game also provide some more details about the new game+ mode. It is said that the mode will allegedly be unlocked once you beat the game on any of the difficulties, and then it will make changes to some parts of the campaign as well as in their ending. It also sounds like it will take the place of the Leon and Claire ‘b’ campaigns that also showed what the other characters were up to in the previous Resident Evil 2.
