Fans of the series were delighted to see their favorite show return for a third season on August 6, 2020, on Netflix.

Fans were left with many questions after the third season. Recently, one of the actors of the series opened up to explain one of them.

The Explanation:

Actor Lucas Lynggaard Tønnesen who played the role of Rasmus Andersen in the series explained why Apollon created the virus in the Rain.

He said, “So, he created this virus that could be a bioweapon, you could put it into the sky that could kill a lot of people. He would sell that weapon to millionaires, but he had to test it first, for them to see.

I think he once tested it was in a more controlled way, but I think an accident happened and the whole of Scandinavia got wiped up. Then they had to try and fix it.”
