Normally, C lights are directly supported by Google Home and should be set up directly from the Google Home app. I am having this issue now, i reset the bulbs, i did all i could. Note: When your speaker or display and C by GE devices are in the same room, your speakerr or display will know your voice commands are for the C by GE devices in that room. Google takes abuse of its services very seriously. Other devices near your speaker or display or C by GE device might cause interference. When I try to use the wifi network for the bulb it asks for a password and I don’t have one specific to that. All C by GE plugs and bulbs, including Soft White and Tunable White bulbs, can be paired with your Google Nest or Google Home speaker or display. I have not been able to pair it again. One lat note: When using Android, it’ll earn you if you connect to a network with not internet.

You may need to disable band steering in your Wi-Fi modem if your modem supports dual band, 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. It shouldn’t matter about having it in the lamp as long as it’s a lamp which can support its voltage, Just like you shouldn’t put a 100 W Dumb bulb in a lamp which is only rated for 60 W. The numbers you gave are not the model number of the bulb. If the bulb is too far away, it cannot connect. Since you know your way around a router, you’ve probably already looked at this but, make sure there’s no limits set on the number of DHCP allocations or the number of WiFi connections allowed.

Said "linked" but did not actually link anything. I show im connected to a 2.4Ghz network but I still cannot connect the bulbs to my wifi. I had this same issue and was able to figure it out. I’ve requested to return them. So, I performed a factory reset of the bulb. Wyze… Any ideas?

This will factory reset the device. I only have about 26 devices on my network which should not cause the issues I have been experiencing. Tcp smart led bulb won't connect.
When connecting to the Wyze Bulb’s WiFi network some Android versions will send an alert saying the network doesn’t have access to the Internet. Since it says it works with Alexa, that’s good, and maybe your best bet is to call Amazon support. Start with the WeMo LED on, then flip the switch off and wait 1 second before flipping it back on. Select the bulb or plug you’d like to set up. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, share feedback about your speaker, display, or the Google Home app. Got to be something stupid but cant see it! Repeat these steps if the light does not blink three (3) times. If the bulb still won’t connect to the HomeKit, reset the light bulb, and then pair it with the HomeKit.
