All you need to know about Sex Education season 3
Sex Education is a British comedy-drama web television series created by Laurie Nunn. The series first premiered in January of 2019 and has been the most popular and streamed series on Netflix ever since.
Depicting the story of socially awkward high school student Otis Milburn who doesn’t seem to have much experience in the lovemaking department, it very tediously opens the conversation about sex, thereby making in relatable for its audience.
Season one drew to close on an open-ended note henceforth making the second season all the more interesting. In season two we finally see Otis exploring his relationship with Ola while dealing with his strained relationship with Maeve.
Amidst all this chaos, we see Moordale High becomes the throes of Chlamydia outbreak, thereby indicating the need for better sex education at the school.
We do see some new faces in the season who challenge the existing status quo. However, most importantly, we keep wondering will we see a happy ending for Otis and Maeve because we do see blooming chemistry between the two.
As we already know even though she gathered up the courage to confess her feelings for Otis, she catches him locking lips with Ola and faces a change of heart, leaving their story on a standstill!
However, it only confirms that we are likely to see season 3 of the series and perhaps more and who knows Otis and Maeve might as well work things out. Creator of the show Laura Nunn in an interview mentioned: ” it’s like the show has legs of its own!”.
So we’re rooting for more seasons of the series.

We are hoping to see some known faces in season 3 such as Asa Butterfield as Otis Milburn, Emma Mackey as Maeve Wiley, Ncuti Gatwa as Eric Effiong, Gillian Anderson as Dr. Jean F. Milburn, alongside Patricia Allison as Ola Nyman, Connor Swindells as Adam Groff, Connor William Stirling as Jackson Marchetti, Alistair Petrie as Michael Groff, Mimi Kenne as Ruby Matthews, Aimee Lou Wood as Aimee Gibbs, Tanya Reynolds as Lily Iglehart, Sami Outalbali as Rahim, Chinenye Ezeudu as Vivienne and Ann Marie Duff as Erin.
Sex Education season 3 Release Date
Netflix hasn’t yet confirmed the release of a third season but following the patters of the previous seasons, we believe that it won’t premiere before January of 2021.
