Selena Gomez hopped on Instagram Live to inform her 171 million followers how she has been spending her time amid the COVID-19 pandemic and California’s Safer at Home initiatives.
She used the opportunity to present the new addition to her family.
The 27-year-old also invited her fans to take the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus seriously while cities across the nation go on lockdown.
The Come and Get It singer wore a simple plain white tee locks up in a glossy and tight bun.
Sitting in her bedroom, she spoke to her viewers along with the camera.
‘Winnie is here and I would like to present Daisy, my relative. Daisy and Winnie are getting along quite well,’ she explained.
Selena adopted her dog Winnie back in autumn 2019.
Depending on how she was spending her time in isolation, almost a week after Los Angeles was set under a Safer at Home initiative, shutting non-essential companies and asking residents unless necessary, to stay, she’s enjoying time at home.
Saying:’I just wanted to say that I’ve been staying safe watching some great movies, super into Tiger documentary show on Netflix, King.’
Selena keeps to a minimum on the site, Although she’s one of the most adopted stars on Instagram. Although she explained:’I will be coming on a little bit more to be encouraging others while still being a source of goodness. I know how hard it is for people.’
‘I wanted to tell you guys I’m in lockdown, I have not abandoned my house to see my sister,’ she said.’ I am hoping that you guys are taking this seriously.’
She seemed trouble by the global disease as numbers of cases and deaths continue to rise worldwide and in the U.S.
Saying:’I can’t wrap my head around individuals not taking lives serious and it is not to say it’s to be hurtful towards anybody else. It is quite tough to see cause I have a sister who can not be in school right now.’
‘So I have not been on these guys,’ she said. ‘And figuring it out myself trying to read and not go mad.’
