Peaky Blinders Season 6 Boss adds that they will add a supernatural twist and then explore the curse of Tommy.
The creator of the British drama series has teased that the sixth season of the show will take a supernatural turn; while the show’s director has suggested that the fans won’t get to see the new season until 2022.
The creator Steven Knight told his fans via Q&A session on the show’s official website that he plans to explore whether the lead character Tommy Shelby is cursed in the next episodes, which will recommence filming when given the post-pandemic green light.
But it seems like there has to be an arduous wait in store for the fans of the show going by the comments made by the series director Anthony Byrne after the pandemic halted their production back in Mar.
But at the end of the last month, Anthony told some of the sources that in an ideal world it would be great to be prepping once again towards the end of the year intending to start shooting early next year.
Although some of the programs and shows are kicking in again as the lockdown eases, social distancing is still being implemented, with Anthony revealing that discussions about how to work this out are currently being had.
Byrne also added that the filming or the production of the sixth season was almost some days away from beginning their shooting, but was pleased that they had not been shut down has already begun filming.
Well, in his Q&A session Knight had also teased how the sixth season of the show will pick up.
