New Batman Game Reveal
According to reports, WB Games Montreal is looking forward to revealing a Batman title in December.
WB Games Montreal visited Gotham City in 2013 with Batman: Arkham Origins. It is a follow-up game for Batman: Arkham City in 2011. Batman: Arkham Origins is a third-person perspective game. It had Batman’s combats, detective skills, stealth abilities, and gadgets.
It was released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii U, and Windows.
The game was not received well by the players and critics. There were a lot of technical issues. It replicated the previous Arkham game. And an unnecessary addition of multiplayer feature has also been questioned.
Other players say that Origins is not too bad. It gives the players a chance to visit the franchise. It is like a cover song from a band, not as good as the original but a great addition.
Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate was released as a follow-up of Batman: Arkham Origins in 2013. Batman: Assault on Arkham came out in 2014. Then Arkham Knights came out in 2015.
A DC Comic adaptation is the focus of attention for WB Games Montreal currently. The developers released a photo of themselves wearing owl T-shirts.
The New 52 Batman comic follows the vengeful Court of Owl. Court of Owl is the oldest and wealthiest house that controls everything in Gotham City from shadows to powerful preternatural assassins.
WB Games Montreal revealed three glitch photos on the 80th anniversary of Batman ‘s first comic book appearance. One of the images is a possible reference to the Court of Owl.
It is speculated that the studios will further release some detail about the game in December. The Games Awards is on 12th December. Developers, publishers, and producers talk about the games they are working on.
There are a lot of announcements, reveals, and interviews on this award. If WB Games Montreal has something to release, possibly about the new Batman game, then this would the perfect time and place for it.
