Narcos Mexico Season 2 is arriving soon on Netflix after a year-long gap from the earlier season.
Netflix renewed the drug cartels based show during the end of 2018. It took a break and will finally premiere in 2020 on the streaming platforms.
Narcos Mexico Season 2 will continue after DEA agent Kiki Camarena was killed on the orders drug lord Felix Gallardo.
The authorities are all fired up for revenge.
The Season 2 official trailer was released on January 29 by Netflix.
It unveils a lot of major information about the storyline.
Sinaloa, Tijuana, Juarez, and Gulf cartels have merged to form Felix’s empire; and the tagline says, “With an empire on the line, nothing stays pure.”
Narcos Mexico Season 2 episodes will air on Netflix from Thursday, February 13, 2020, and it can be binge-watched all together.
Narcos Mexico Season 2 won’t have Michael Pena as his character Kiki Camarena was killed in the finale of the first season.
Though, Pena could still perform in the second season as part of flashbacks or as a memory to Walt Breslin.

Narcos Mexico Season 2 plot will showcase the rise of the Guadalajara drug cartel in Mexico.
At the time of the 80s, illegal drug deals started to flourish and made all the drug lords wealthy and powerful.
It was also the time when DEA started their battle against the dealers and main boss, Felix Gallardo.
Though, the loss of Kiki Camarena will be a motivation for his co-workers and the entire DEA in season 2 of Narcos Mexico that is to finish all the drug cartels.
There is a new agent in the gang who has started a war against the narcos to bring down the entire drug empire.
There will be a total of 10 episodes in Narcos Mexico season 2; collectively called Narcos Season 4.
