Jane Lynch has found herself facing criticism.
Before today, the former host of Hollywood Game Night tweeted that billionaires” have as much right” to support and hold fundraisers to their candidates of choice.
She called those who think differently”class warfare,” and tagged present presidential candidate, Senator Elizabeth Warren.
The remark comes as an immediate response to a photo of South Bend, yet another competition that is democratic, IN Mayor Pete Buttigieg, attended a fundraiser held in a posh place in California’s Napa Valley.
In the discussion Thursday night Warren attacked Buttigieg within the design, which is known as the wine cave’ because Senator Bernie Sanders, another candidate, used images in the event as part of a fundraising email.
Given that the issue of growing wealth inequality is a problem concerning many voters — and is a fundamental issue of both Warren and Sanders’ attempts — Lynch confronted some blowback online as a result.
Others pointed out that Lynch’s position was reminiscent of her character on Glee, the censorious Sue Sylvester.
Though many who disagreed with her tweet were so quick to defend her from the consequent pile-on.
Lynch has a history of being outspoken on problems.
The actor recently told NBC to”get their act together” in the wake of Gabrielle Union’s contentious firing out of America’s Got Talent. She now stars in the Amazon show, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel as Sophie Lennon.
