Before the Season 3 of Killing Eve premieres on April 12, catch up the most important characters and plot points so far.
Killing Eve Season 3 Characters
Killing Eve’s titular character is not exactly the suave ideal of a British spy-hunter; she trades in her tuxedos and martinis for sweatpants and shepherd’s pie. Eve discovers international espionage can be pretty boring. Her life behind the desk is upturned when a murdered drug cartels start turning up. Even then pieces together that there is a new, global syndicate known as The Twelve pulling the strings and they are employing the handiwork of a sociopathic assassin, Villanelle.
She is the best and most ridiculously dressed character. Villanelle is not the Bond-type girl garbed in posh gowns and brandishing a tiny pistol. Never taking herself too seriously, the resident psychopath lends the show some of its most memorable comedic moments.
After having her true identity revealed and forsaking both MI6 and The Twelve, she is left a free agent again by the end of the second season.
Konstantin and The Twelve
What Carolyn is to Eve, Konstantin to villanelle, even having developed a hilariously twisted father-daughter relationship. After being betrayed and targeted by The Twelve, Konstantin will have to navigate a tangle of intrigue weaved between his former lover Carolyn, a burned Eve, and an unhinged Villanelle to stay alive.
Eve’s now ex-husband Niko Polastri began the series as a dutiful husband, but after two seasons of gaslighting and neglect from his workaholic wife (not to mention his rebound girlfriend getting brutally murdered by Villanelle simply to spite Eve), he’s finally gone off the rails.
Well, this is it, guys. We hope that the new season is also as amazing as the previous ones. Till then stay home and stay safe guys. We wish the best for you.
