When Will Kill Bill 3 Be Released?
The pending question of the century! We are far from getting a release date for Kill Bill 3 when the director himself is not thinking about making the third movie of the movie series. Since, the movie is not even in production and hence the release date is far from being announced. We will have to wait until we hear something from the director himself.
Tarantino’s Next Movie Could Be Kill Bill 3
When asked about if Kill Bill 3 would be his next movie, Tarantino replied saying, “Why not?” He seemed a little skeptical and also mentioned that he wants to make a comedy movie first in a very Spaghetti Western style.
In 2012, Tarantino had also mentioned that there won’t be a third part of the Kill Bill movie but he recently mentioned that he spoke to Uma Thurman about it and,
“Me and Uma have talked about it recently, frankly, to tell you the truth. I have thought about it a little further. We were talking about it literally last week. If any of my movies were going to spring from my other movies, it would be a third Kill Bill.”
Quentin Tarantino’s last project was Once Upon A Time In Hollywood which is set in 1969 Los Angeles starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie. The movie did receive a lot of appreciation from the fans and has been critically acclaimed in the industry as well.

Could Maya Hawke Be Part of The Kill Bill 3 Cast?
If Kill Bill 3 were to happen, Tarantino already has a few ideas as to who he would like to feature in the next movie. Maya Hawke, daughter of Uma Thurman who plays the lead role in Kill Bill is in the mind of Quentin to cast in Kill Bill 3.
He mentioned in an interview,
“The idea of casting Uma [Thurman] and casting her daughter, Maya [Hawke], and the thing would be fucking exciting. I mean, Elle Driver (Daryl Hannah) is still out there, Sophie Fatale (Julie Dreyfus) got her arms cut off, she’s still out there. They all got Bill’s money. Gogo (Chiaki Kuriyama) had a twin sister, her twin sister could show up.”
As mentioned before, these are just verbal plans of the director and nothing is confirmed yet.
Will Kill Bill 3 Be Tarantino’s Last Movie?
There’s a lot of buzz going on about Kill Bill 3 being Tarantino’s last movie although he has not said anything about it yet. Fans were worried about Kill Bill 3 being his 10th and last movie but it looks like it definitely won’t be the case.

Tarantino had previously mentioned that he will make only 10 films and Once Upon A Time Being the 9th one, the next movie would be the last one, which could be Kill Bill 3. He counts both Kill Bill movies to be one single thing and not two separate movies.
Hence, if he makes Kill Bill 3 it would be part of this one movie entity and won’t be counted as his 10th movie. He had mentioned about limiting his directorial career to only 10 movies, thinking about the fact that most of his director heroes made good movies but ended on a flop note.
That’s why even if he makes Kill Bill 3 next, it won’t be the last of Quentin Tarantino that we see. We will still have one more movie to look forward to.
