Kenneth Petty Asks Judge For Permission To Use Internet After Being Registered as Sex Offender

Nicki Minaj’s husband Kenneth Petty lately was registered as sex offender, but he still wants to access the Internet.

Kenneth submitted all the documents to California judge to allow him to browse the Internet as per certain sources.

Under the conditions of his pending criminal case, he is not allowed to surf the Internet, unless it is approved by a superior.

The prosecutors involved in his case have approved the request, but the judge still left to sign off and also it is not sure if he will do so.

Kenneth is currently awaiting his court date next month and also his travel has been restricted to South California.

His sex offender status is from 1995 conviction in New York for first degree statutory rape when he was 16 years old and his victim was 15 years old.

Prosecutors said that Petty used a sharp object to force his victim to have sexual intercourse with him.

Petty was in prison for four years in New York for the crime done, and after some years he was convicted of first degree manslaughter for shooting a man and was another seven years in prison before he was released in 2013.
